You’ve got questions about us?
Here’s a few answers.
What we do:
-
That’s what the first chat is for!
We’ll discuss your project, scope, and if our services are even needed.
Every project is different, and we’ll tackle each step together.
-
Reach out!
If nothing less, we would be privileged to be your single resource for all answers on home improvement. We won’t pressure you into unnecessary deliverables, or doing anything you don’t want to do.
We’re just nerds that like talking homes. -
We do exclusively residential design.
Thanks for thinking of us though!
-
Size doesn’t matter.
Jokes aside, size doesn’t matter, scope does.
Reach out and we can figure out the best way forward for you and your project.
Who we are:
-
Good! That’s the point.
Throughout our day we toil with “serious people”, talking “seriously” about projections, expectations of fiscal quarters, emails on emails, and speaking of which, did Susan get that email?
It’s exhausting! Our homes should serve as a respite from the chaos of the outside world.
That means, here, we keep it light.
We communicate the important stuff, take care of the small stuff, and we leave the dogma at the door. You’re not working. We are.
For you, this process should be fun, not work. -
Dont worry! We are VERY competitive with our pricing.
Lets chat about your project, then we can talk money, you might be surprised.
Not to mention, we are currently offering discounts on all design services.
Note: Pricing is project based. We do not offer live pricing estimates at this time.

Kinda. Ironic, huh?
A quick search yields “apogee” as “the point in an object's orbit (such as the Moon or a satellite) where it is farthest from the Earth.” However, a deeper search and you’ll find Cambridge, Miriam-Webster, and even Wikipedia all have slightly different definitions, and even still, the term is used in vernacular: “to describe highest point, climax, or culmination of a development or career.”
The ambiguity. The controversy. the befuddling of dictionaries to define it.It all fits what we’re trying to be. The pinnacle, yes. But something that’s truly hard to describe.

At this time, AI is terrible for the world, the place we all call home. It would be unethical of us to preach we care, then go and use AI to make a floor plan.
Modern construction processes are inherently wasteful and damage the world.
Not to mention, its not even a good designer.
Check out our AI Pledge
One last thing.
At its core, Apogee believes in authenticity and transparency about construction and the design process. With that in mind, we use no AI in our final designs, renders, or even our emails.
Until AI can put hammer to nail, caulk to sill, or just stand in a space to take it in, it’s not going to be able to capture the true beauty of place, or what it means to exist in that spot at that time.
Everything you see or do with Apogee is built by 100% authentic beautiful humans, just like your home will be.
“There are no shortcuts to a truly human experience.”
